| Tasting Notes : |
A wine of a gorgeous straw yellow colour with greenish glints, radiant, luminous and brilliant. It delivers elegant, clean and intense varietal aromas of fennel, with herbaceous notes of mint and fruit notes of green apple, suggesting nuances of vanilla and toast, typical of new wood. A very fresh wine with a sumptuous palate entry and a great volume; a subtle and elegant freshness, a delicious length and a marked character. The aftertaste is intense, tasty and very lingering.
